1. Core Ecosystem Overview
Welcome to myjobsmate("we", "us", or "our"). We build automated application systems to assist job hunters. We are committed to transparency and the security of your professional data. This document outlines how our browser extensions, mobile applications, and web dashboard interact with your personal resumes and job portal profiles.
2. Data Ingestion & Ingress Control
To search, match, and apply for jobs on your behalf, our AI engine ingests:
- Profile Details: Contact details, educational backgrounds, employment histories, and certifications.
- Resume Files: Structured PDFs and DOCX files uploaded for parsing.
- Matching Criteria: Target job titles, salary expectations, geographic restrictions, and skill rankings.
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using AES-256 standard encryption algorithms. We never sell your personal data.
3. Automated Processing Policy (Autopilot)
Our service performs automated job matching and application submissions. By activating the Chrome Extension or enabling the Mobile App scheduler, you authorize myjobsmate to:
- Read DOM structural nodes on portals like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed to detect active vacancies.
- Extract, standardize, and format resume components into optimal layouts to bypass ATS (Applicant Tracking System) parser blocks.
- Auto-fill basic application inputs and respond to screening questionnaires using generative AI based on your profile inputs.
- Submit up to 10 daily applications on your behalf.
You retain complete control. You can pause the background bot or override matching preferences at any time from the Web Dashboard.
4. GDPR & Global Data Rights
In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and regional data protection laws:
- Right to Inquire (Access): You can download a complete JSON export of your parsed profile structures at any time from the Web Dashboard.
- Right to Rectify (Update): You can edit active fields and matching preferences dynamically.
- Right to Erase ("Forgotten"): You can delete your account. This triggers a cascading deletion of all stored resumes, indexes, logs, and authorization tokens from our database servers.
5. Terms of Service & Portal Limitations
By using our software ecosystem, you agree that:
- You are providing your explicit authorization for our software engines to make applications on your behalf.
- You are responsible for confirming the accuracy of all submitted details. We do not guarantee employment offers or interview guarantees.
- You will not use the automated system to submit spam or violate local labor guidelines. We strictly limit applications to 10 per day to maintain quality and comply with platform limits.
